Movie Trivia #5

HINT:  This still-relevant line was said a long, long time ago by a man who was the first of three generations of a prominent Hollywood family.  His son later directed him to a supporting Oscar win...and years later that same son directed his own daughter to a supporting Oscar win.  Note that I'm not looking for the name of the actor, just the name of the movie this quote came from.
