Shameless Self-Promotion

The Dow is down amid concerns about the state of the housing market. Prices are falling. New homes are sitting unsold. Lenders are afraid of consumers who won't pay back their mortgage loans, so they've tightened their qualification requirements. This seems like a good time for me to point out the relevance of my latest novel, If These Walls Could Talk, to these times (all right, it's a plug.) It's all about New Yorkers buying homes in the suburbs . . . a situation handled better by some buyers than others.
I wish you good reading!

I still need to pick this one. Confession: I passed it a few times in the store due to budget woes. But I still intend to feed the NY jones in me and read this one (after I finish my current wip).

Pat, I understand how it is when you're trying to write your own book, which is one reason I've never marketed to other writers and never really understood why so many writers do (but I think many of them manage to read four or five books per year, like me.)

You just keep writing!

Nothing shameless about self-promotion. If you don't do it, who will?

I, too, have to get back to writing (spending too much time on great blog sites like yours). I took an unintended break from my novel, but now it's back to the grind.

But I'll still be stopping by. Your blog is so much fun to read!

Glad you like my blog, Donna! Please let your friends know about it so I don't get too lonesome with you not dropping in as much.

Now, I'll tell you the same as I did Pat: Get back to work!!! The public is waiting to read your novel.
